We build teams for some of the fastest-growing startups in Europe and the US across frontier AI, AI infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, and other deep technology sectors. Our clients are Seed → Series C companies building ambitious products and scaling quickly.
We’re now looking for a Talent Partner to help us deliver exceptional candidates and build long-term partnerships with our clients.
This is a full-cycle role: you’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers, run searches end-to-end, and help shape the teams behind some of the most exciting startups in AI and deep tech.

What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across frontier AI, infrastructure, engineering startups
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search strategies
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across software engineering, infrastructure, SRE, platform, security roles and other roles as required
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks
- Conduct candidate screening and manage interview processes end-to-end
- Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring advice to clients
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Help improve internal recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate outreach
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in tech or engineering recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical communities
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with technical candidates and hiring managers
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
