About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive HR & Fleet Administrator to join our growing team. This varied role supports the day-to-day running of our HR function, company fleet and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate employee and compliance records.
- Coordinate company fleet servicing, MOTs and vehicle compliance.
- Administer CIS subcontractor documentation.
- Produce fleet and compliance reports.
- Order office supplies and provide general office support.
- Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
You will:
- Have previous administration experience (HR experience is desirable).
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Be able to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
