SCOPE OF ROLE
To support and implement international sales initiatives while managing the end-to-end global supply chain. You will work with key international customers to build product knowledge and loyalty to Eley Hawk products while ensuring the smooth integration of our goods into global markets. You will be expected to accept the challenge of a "double-hatted" role, combining back office duties, sales development with world wide logistics and market analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute sales targets with key international customers and multi-site retailers.
· Manage a light logistics workload consisting of roughly one export container per week, handling all freight tracking, bills of lading, and complex customs entries required for hazardous/dangerous goods.
· Arrange and oversee international logistics, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor and analyse export performance metrics (such as cycle time and yield), identifying trends and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
· Lead the data capturing process for international trade and maximize the performance of the MRP system.
· Play a leading role in the reporting and analysis of the company’s international performance, including profitability and P&L deviations.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and ensure operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 3–4 years of experience in a similar professional sales or export position.
- Foreign language knowledge is a mandatory requirement for this role to facilitate international trade relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a well-developed sense of self-awareness and excellent verbal/written communication.
- Highly IT literate with a solid knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with personal and professional integrity and the ability to work independently on own initiative.
