Delivery Manager – Modular Accommodation
Location: UK Wide Travel & Overnight Stays Required

Are you an experienced project or operations professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Balfour Beatty Asset & Technology Solutions is seeking a Delivery Manager to support the successful mobilisation and delivery of modular accommodation projects across the UK.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the planning and coordination of modular accommodation projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Producing and submitting Works Package Plans (WPPs) in line with Balfour Beatty standards.
- Developing project programmes, timelines, and key deliverables with customers.
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Organising and leading pre-start meetings with key stakeholders.
- Carrying out progress inspections at manufacturing facilities and project sites.
- Monitoring quality, safety, compliance, and project performance throughout delivery.
- Identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Supporting effective resource planning and utilisation.
- Building strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
Who we're looking for
- Experience within construction, modular buildings, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Supervisor or Manager Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
