Responsibilities
- Deliver professional manicure and pedicure treatments to the highest standard.
- Specialise in BIAB, gel polish, gel extensions, and nail art (where applicable).
- Carry out thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and infection control standards.
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Promote retail products and provide professional aftercare advice.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service.
- Manage your own appointments and diary efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the wider salon team to create a seamless luxury experience.
- Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified and insured Nail Technician.
- Strong experience with BIAB and gel systems is essential.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own business.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
