Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and meet customer expectations.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development to reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation criteria.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality standards, and serving procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Pay: £12.71-£19.92 per hour
