Salary: £26,000 basic salary
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £34,700+
Our commission structure is designed to be achievable and rewarding. Hitting your initial target would increase earnings by approximately £8,700 per year, with further uncapped earning potential available for high performers.
To support you during onboarding and training, we provide a guaranteed commission payment of £250 per month for your first three months, helping you build pipeline and confidence while you settle into the role.

Principle Duties
1. Driving profitable sales growth for the company by developing new client opportunities for the SwiftCloud application.
2. Make proactive outbound calls, emails and other campaign activities aimed at identifying and developing new opportunities using the Mint database and Salesforce CRM to generate new business opportunities.
3. Make appointments for External Business Development Managers with prospect customers, ensuring that the appointments are made in conjunction with the sales person’s journey plan or previously planned activity.
4. Update CRM system after every contact with a potential customer be it via telephone, email or letter. Ensure accuracy at all times.
5. Regularly provide up to date details to the Head of Sales via a pipeline report.
6. Efficiently managing personal time and productivity.
9. Work with the External Business Development, Customer Service and Marketing to optimise quality of service, business, growth and customer satisfaction.
10. Actively seek to exceed expectations, look for improvement and deliver within required timeframes.
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numerate and commercially astute
- IT literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Telephone sales skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Aptitude for problem solving
Experience (do any of these apply to you) - preferable but not essential
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of developing relationships over the telephone
- Proven track record in a target driven role to include New Business Development and Account Development
- Identify and pursue new prospects
- Managing your own activity on a weekly basis to ensure you develop a pipeline of business opportunities to support the achievement of your sales target for the year
