We're looking for an experienced plumber to join our team on a casual basis to deliver our practical 5-day plumbing course for beginners at our training centre in Waddon, Croydon.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is looking to step away from full-time site work, or simply wants to do something different alongside their current plumbing work.
No previous teaching experience or teaching qualifications are required. We have a structured course in place with all lesson materials provided. We're looking for someone with strong practical plumbing knowledge who can confidently demonstrate techniques and support learners throughout the week.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering our 5-day beginner plumbing course.
- Demonstrating practical plumbing techniques.
- Supervising learners during practical sessions.
- Creating a friendly, supportive learning environment.
- Ensuring the workshop is kept safe and organised.
What we're looking for
- Significant hands-on plumbing experience.
- Confident communicator with good people skills.
- Reliable and professional.
- Passion for helping others learn.
- Able to commit to approximately one week per month (Monday to Friday).
