White Stone Medi Spa is a brand-new luxury medi-spa opening in 2026.
We are creating a premium destination bringing together advanced skin, beauty, laser, aesthetics and wellness within a calm, high-end environment.
Our approach to skin will be results-led and consultation-focused, combining advanced treatments with premium professional skincare including ZO Skin Health, HydroPeptide, BioRePeel and Dermalux LED.
We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Skin Therapist to become part of our founding team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely loves skin and wants to develop within a modern, premium medi-spa environment.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial and advanced skin treatments while providing knowledgeable consultations and creating personalised treatment plans for clients.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out detailed skin consultations and assessments
- Delivering luxury and advanced facial treatments
- Creating personalised treatment plans
- Performing chemical peel treatments where qualified
- Microneedling where qualified
- Dermalux LED treatments
- Lymphatic Drainage treatments
- Laser hair and tattoo removal
- Working with professional skincare ranges
- Recommending appropriate homecare and retail skincare
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate consultation and treatment records
- Providing clear pre- and post-treatment advice
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and infection-control standards
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Keeping up to date with developments in professional skincare and advanced treatments
- Contributing to the development of White Stone's skin department
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent as a minimum
- Ideally qualified to Level 4 or above in advanced skin treatments
- Experienced in professional facial treatments
- Confident carrying out detailed skin consultations
- Knowledgeable about skin conditions, contraindications and treatment planning
- Professional, polished and client-focused
- Passionate about achieving realistic, long-term skin results
- Confident discussing professional skincare and homecare
- Reliable and highly organised
- Committed to excellent hygiene, record keeping and client safety
Experience with ZO Skin Health, HydroPeptide, BioRePeel, Dermalux or microneedling would be highly desirable, although brand-specific training can be provided to the right candidate.
Experience within a medi-spa, aesthetics clinic, advanced skin clinic or luxury spa would be particularly advantageous.

Hours
We are open to discussing full-time and part-time positions with the right candidate.
Weekend availability will be required as part of the role.
Pay: From £17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
