Service Advisor - Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff
Location: Cardiff CF11 8AQ
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm)
Saturday Rota: 8:00am-1:00pm (paid as overtime)
Salary: Up to £35,500 OTE, depending on skills and experience
Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff is looking for a client-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. Motor industry experience is desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our clients and workshop, ensuring every service and repair journey is seamless, efficient, and aligned with Jaguar Land Rover's Modern Luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage service and repair bookings.

Prepare for client appointments and vehicle visits.

Clearly explain workshop findings and recommendations.

Support clients in making informed decisions on additional work.

Work confidently in a paperless, digital environment.

Maintain accurate job cards, costing information, and client records.

Deliver a professional, client-first experience at every interaction.
About You
