Playworker – After School Club (Children with Additional Needs)
Location: Woking, GU21 5HE (in person)
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (term time only)
Shifts: 2:45pm – 6:30pm or 3:15pm – 6:45pm

The Role
We are looking for Sessional Workers to join our After School Club team, supporting children aged 4–13 years with additional needs.
You will be part of a small, dedicated team delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities including:
- Messy play
- Arts and crafts
- Free play
- Supporting children during a light meal
This is a hands-on, active role in a busy but highly rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children to access and enjoy activities
- Assist with personal care and moving & handling (training provided)
- Encourage communication, independence and social skills
- Maintain a safe, caring and inclusive setting
- Follow safeguarding procedures and charity policies at all times

Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent
- Ability to commute to Woking, GU21 5HE
- Right to work in the UK
