A Personal Message from Neil’s Mum
My name is Elizabeth, and I am Neil’s mum.
Neil is an autistic adult who does best when the people around him are steady, consistent, and genuinely interested in understanding him. He is thoughtful, kind, and has a wonderful sense of humour. When life is predictable and the people supporting him are reliable, he thrives.
What Neil needs most is someone who values stability, communicates clearly, and takes the time to build a trusting relationship. Someone who sees the person first, not the label. Someone who understands that small, consistent actions can make a big difference.
If you are someone who is calm, reflective, and committed to making a meaningful impact, then you may be exactly the person Neil is waiting for. This is a role where your presence, your consistency, and your way of being will matter every day.
Warmly,
Elizabeth
