Job Summary
Share a Smile Orthodontics has been serving the Romford community for 25 years, and we're now launching a brand new implant dentistry service to build on that foundation. This is a genuine start-up role: there is no existing implant patient list, no established referral pipeline yet, and no guarantee of a full diary from day one. We've completed a full refurbishment, including a newly installed CBCT scanner, so the clinical setup is ready. What's missing is the right person to build the service itself, patient by patient, case by case.
Responsibilities
- Carry out implant consultations, including assessment of patient needs and treatment planning
- Perform implant placements and restorations to a high clinical standard
- Interpret CBCT and other imaging to plan procedures accurately
- Educate patients on implant options, procedures, and aftercare
- Help build the implant service from the ground up, including patient pathway and referral routes
- Be an active part of our marketing efforts, including before-and-after content and case studies, as we grow the service together
What we're looking for
- A dentist with implant training and clinical experience, looking for the next step in building a proper implant career
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and genuinely excited by the challenge of building something from scratch, not someone expecting a fully booked list from day one
- Comfortable being visible in marketing and patient-facing content
- Patience and resilience during the early growth phase, and a collaborative approach to shaping how the service develops

Pay: £30,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
