Konnect are currently looking for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a site building apartments near Swindon to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience building flats/apartments or retirement facilities.
You’ll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Must haves:
- CSCS, First aid and SMSTS
- Previous residential site experience
- Available references
Duration: 6-8 months
