Hours: Full Time / Part Time (Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends)
Pay: £12.71-16.70 ( PAYE + UMBRELLA) Per Hour

The Role:
· Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting dignity and independence
· Assisting with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, and social engagement
· Working closely with colleagues, residents, and families to deliver outstanding person-centred care
The Requirements:
· A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
· Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
