We sell freshly roasted coffee through our online shop, subscriptions, wholesale partnerships, coffee machines, coffee shop supplies and training services.
We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to create, publish and analyse content across our social, website and digital marketing channels. This role would suit someone who combines strong content creation and copywriting skills with a practical understanding of social media advertising, on-page SEO and performance analysis.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content while also understanding how digital marketing works behind the scenes. You will help keep our social channels active and consistent, write clear and engaging copy, support website content and use performance data to improve what we do.
You will need to be comfortable creating content at pace, taking a brief and moving projects forward. You should also have the technical confidence to understand how content performs, how social advertising works, and how website copy can be improved for search and customer engagement.
What you'll be doing

- Creating regular stories, reels, photography and short-form video.
- Writing engaging social captions, blogs, website copy and campaign content.
- Applying on-page SEO principles to website and blog content, including keyword optimisation, headings, metadata, internal links and content structure.
- Supporting paid social activity, including advert copy, creative testing, audience ideas and performance review.
- Scheduling content and keeping our social channels active, consistent and up to date.
- Reviewing social, website and campaign performance data and using insights to improve future content.
- Building relationships with relevant content creators, influencers and media contacts where appropriate.
- Using AI tools effectively for research, drafting, editing and content production.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience creating social media content for a business or brand.
- Strong skills in photography, videography and short-form video editing.
- Strong copywriting skills across social media, website content and campaign materials.
- A good working knowledge of on-page SEO, including keyword research, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt text.
- A working understanding of paid social advertising, including campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, creative testing and performance analysis.
- Confident use of Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and platform analytics.
- Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
- The ability to interpret performance data and improve content accordingly.
- Confidence using AI tools as part of a professional marketing workflow.
- A proactive, organised and fast-moving working style.
- The confidence to take a brief, create the content and move projects forward.
Desirable experience
Experience with WordPress, social scheduling platforms, creator outreach, email marketing or paid social campaign support would be advantageous. An interest in coffee, food, hospitality or lifestyle brands would also be a strong fit.
