We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist who is ready to take their career to the next level. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, we'll provide full training in our advanced skin and laser treatments.
This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, loves building relationships with clients and wants to grow both their own client base and their career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a range of professional beauty treatments to the highest standard.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable client experience.
- Performing detailed consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans.
- Building and growing your own loyal client column.
- Confidently recommending courses of treatment, retail products and memberships that genuinely benefit your clients.
- Creating engaging social media content and being comfortable appearing in videos and photos to promote yourself and the salon.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care.
- Continually developing your knowledge through regular training.
Training You'll Receive
Full training will be provided in:
- Medical-Grade Laser Hair Removal
- Advanced Skin Treatments
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Skin Consultations
- Product Knowledge
- Client Journey & Consultation Skills
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Passionate about skin, beauty and delivering amazing client results.
- Motivated to build and grow their own client base.
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans and retail products to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Confident using social media to showcase treatments and engage with clients.
- Eager to learn, develop and continually improve.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Driven to achieve personal and salon goals while always putting the client first.
