Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arborist - Team Leader to oversee tree care projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of arboriculture and proficiency with various tools and machinery. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality arboricultural services while ensuring safety and efficiency on all projects.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of arborists. to complete tree pruning, removal, planting, and general tasks.
- Operate and maintain equipment.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for tree work projects
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to promote skill development and safety awareness
Requirements
- Proven experience in arboriculture with a focus on leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Arboriculture practices within outdoor environments
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage.
- Valid certification in arboriculture.
- A recognised qualification or background in Arboriculture is advantageous

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
