Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves working with children and thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Support the development and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Maintain accurate records and observations
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Reliable, proactive, and passionate about early childhood education
- Must be able to work 30 hours per week, term time (7:30am–5:30pm)
- Enhanced DBS and professional references required
- Work along side the Owner Manager and a growing team of professionals at The Forest Tree Nursery.
· Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted
