Duties
- Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with medication management following care plans and protocols

- Help with daily household tasks like meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, clients, and their families to ensure consistent support
- Use IT systems to document care activities and access relevant information efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English to interact clearly and empathetically with residents and team members
- Basic IT literacy for documentation and accessing electronic care plans
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving home visits or transportation duties
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and adapt to individual needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents or clients
