Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work to a high standard across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs.
- Carpentry (1st and 2nd fix).
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations.
- Tiling, patch plastering, and decorating.
- Flooring installation and repairs.
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance.
- General snagging and finishing work.
- Diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
- Providing excellent customer service while working on occupied properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson.
- Competent in most aspects of property maintenance and building trades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
