Downtown Grantham is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Adviser to join our retail team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a busy retail environment. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and helping customers find the products that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
Greeting customers and assisting with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Providing product information and recommendations
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Replenishing stock and maintaining high merchandising standards
Assisting with deliveries, stock control and housekeeping duties
Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented sales floor
Supporting promotional activities, seasonal launches and store events
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and store objectives
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
Passionate about delivering excellent service
Reliable, punctual and well-organised
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
Working Hours
30 hours per week
Includes weekday and weekend working
Occasional flexibility required to work additional hours or alternative shifts to support business needs, holiday cover and peak trading periods
