We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Architect to lead the strategy, design and delivery of digital products and technology solutions across our growing portfolio of businesses. About the role
As our Digital Product Architect, you’ll take ownership of the Group’s digital systems, developing a technology strategy that supports operational excellence, business growth and an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance and external technology partners, you’ll identify opportunities to improve business processes, introduce new technologies and ensure our systems remain secure, scalable and fit for the future.
You will:
- Develop and own the Group-wide digital product roadmap
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and product priorities
- Measure product success through KPIs, user adoption and business outcomes
- Design secure, resilient and scalable technology architectures
- Establish standards for cloud technologies, integrations, APIs and data management
- Provide technical leadership across digital projects and product initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms and suppliers
- Lead integration across CRM, finance, HR, customer, compliance and reporting platforms
- Champion cyber security, governance and best practice solution design
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across the Group
- Explore emerging technologies including AI, business intelligence and advanced analytics
- Enable data-driven decision making across the organisation
- Present digital strategy and transformation initiatives to senior leaders
- Build strong relationships across departments while translating technical concepts into clear business language
What you’ll bring
You’ll be an experienced technology professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical knowledge and a passion for delivering meaningful business change.
You will have:
- Proven experience in Digital Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Digital Transformation
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products and business systems
- Strong expertise within the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Azure
- Excellent understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, system integrations and data architecture
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong knowledge of cyber security, governance and technology best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organisational change
It would be great if you also have technical knowledge with:
- C#/.NET development
- PHP and business-critical web applications
- SQL database and reporting experience
- Power Platform, Power BI and Microsoft 365
If you have TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, CSPO, AgilePM or ITIL certifications please let us know. We’d also like experience working within compliance, business services, multi-brand or acquisition-led organisations.
Pay: £70,000.00 per year
