Ghosh Medical Group is Liverpool’s leading private medical company. We are expanding and opening a brand-new hospital offering private medical and aesthetic services in the heart of Liverpool’s medical district.
What you will be doing
You will be offering warm, hospitable, and efficient service to all patients, aligned with our vision and customer satisfaction values. As part of your duties, you’ll greet and assist patients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role may involve travel between Ghosh Medical Sites, with Liverpool Rodney Street clinic.
- Ensuring the best experience of all patients
- Administration and reception duties
- Sales and leads
- Processing payments
- Taking telephone calls and making bookings
- To assist in keeping the clinic clean and tidy at all times.
- To undertake all training as required (eg, first aid, health and safety, customer service).
- Writing of Gp letters
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post, as and when required.
- Comply with all CQC regulations
