Alongside our laboratory services, we run specialist courses and mentoring programs, helping to educate implant dentists across the UK.

We are seeking someone to work in our fabrication department. You’ll be responsible for milling and 3D printing - producing surgical guides, provisional restorations, and other day-of-surgery prosthetics in a digitally integrated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D printing - set up and operate our Stratasys J3 3D printers
- Post-processing and finishing 3D printed dental appliances
- Milling - oversee the entire milling process - CAM setup, machine operation, including post-process of milled prosthesis
- Finishing prosthetics – layering composite gum material to create natural-looking soft tissue aesthetic.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate all relevant lab equipment including CAM systems, 3D printers, and hand tools
- Quality control - ensure each appliance meets precise clinical and aesthetic requirements to ensure adherence to internal standards and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental laboratory fabrication is preferred, but not mandatory; we are open to training motivated candidates with a strong technical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of dental materials and techniques, including CAD/CAM technology, is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and technical instructions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
