Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business?
We're looking for an experienced AC Engineer to join an established team, covering Sussex and Kent, with some work in London.
The role will involve working across air conditioning and domestic heat pump systems. The ideal candidate will either have existing heat pump experience or be an experienced AC Engineer looking to develop their skills in this growing area.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for an AC Engineer looking to broaden their skill set and move further into heat pump technology.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across air conditioning and domestic heat pump systems throughout Sussex and Kent, with some London work.
The role will involve a mixture of planned and reactive works, with the opportunity to develop your experience across heat pump technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
- Fault finding and diagnosing AC system faults
- Carrying out repairs and remedial works
- Working on domestic heat pump systems
- Supporting heat pump installations and commissioning
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Completing service reports and relevant documentation
- Providing a professional service to customers
- Working safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Participating in a 1 in 5 call-out rota
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Strong servicing, maintenance and fault-finding experience
- F-Gas qualification
- Experience working on domestic or commercial AC systems
- Heat pump experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Willingness to undertake further heat pump training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional approach and good customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
