Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to carry out the cleaning of two doctors surgeries in Bethel and Llanfaelog, Anglesey. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Full training will be provided, no experience necessary. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional setting, contributing to the upkeep of high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored appropriately
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks in commercial or hospitality environments if required
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Requirements
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is desirable
- Customer service skills are a bonus, especially when engaging with clients or visitors
- Ability to adapt to different cleaning environments including commercial premises and hospitality settings

This is a keyholder position. The hours are flexible for the right candidate, but generally will be evenings or early mornings.
