All Square Lighting, a high-end lighting company with a design office and showroom in Notting Hill, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic showroom assistant. This role is perfect for a school leaver looking for an opportunity to develop their skills while working with a dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide exceptional customer service to showroom visitors, answering any inquiries about our products.
- Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or user.
- Keep the showroom clean and tidy, ensuring it always looks presentable.
- Assist with web sales by processing online orders and answering customer inquiries via email.
- Carry out everyday sales activities, such as processing sales transactions and restocking shelves.
Requirements:
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the showroom clean and presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in web navigation and online sales platforms.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A school leaver or recent graduate seeking valuable experience in a dynamic sales environment.
