Archway Facilities Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team across our school sites.
This is a permanent, part-time position ideal for someone looking for consistent hours and a role they can take pride in. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those looking to contribute positively to a community while balancing other commitments.
Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks across classrooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to remove dust, dirt, and debris.
- Maintain restroom sanitation by disinfecting sinks, toilets, and surfaces regularly.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers to keep the environment tidy.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or needed.
What we're looking for
You don't need to be a cleaning expert – we're much more interested in finding someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and can be trusted to maintain consistently high standards.
Previous commercial cleaning experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
You'll need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Thorough with good attention to detail
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable following site procedures and health & safety requirements
