Multi-Skilled Handy person / Maintenance Operative – £36K–£40K – London
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and making spaces work better?
We’re looking for a practical, reliable, and versatile person to join our team. You don’t need to be an expert in everything — just confident, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
What you’ll be doing:
- General repairs and maintenance across commercial properties
- Basic plumbing and electrical fixes (e.g. Blockages, leaks, sockets, light fittings)
- Painting, decoration, carpentry, flooring repairs
- Some appliance fixes and basic landscaping (e.g. mowing, trimming)
- Occasional locksmith or property access support
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s practical, resourceful, and takes pride in their work
- Able to work on a variety of maintenance tasks (experience in 2+ trades is a bonus)
- 2+ year experience in property maintenance or similar role
- Full Driving licence and right to work in the UK
- Available to work OOH if required
