The Role
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in representing our clients and delivering a positive customer experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers and providing information about products and services
- Representing client brands in a professional and engaging manner
- Building strong customer relationships
- Supporting customer acquisition campaigns
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign objectives
You'll receive full training from day one, allowing you to build confidence in customer engagement, communication and sales techniques.
