Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, including catering, serving, and food preparation, in a dynamic environment. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support kitchen operations and use barista skills when necessary
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Experience or similar roles will be considered an advantage
- Must be confident working alone
