Slim Chickens is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our growing team in Bury St Edmunds.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking menu items to Slim Chickens' high standards.
- Ensuring every dish is presented consistently and served to specification.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory management to minimise waste.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Supporting colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for cooking and producing high-quality food.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential—we'll provide full training for the right people.
