Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality windows by interpreting specifications, handling materials, and utilizing various tools and equipment. Your expertise will contribute to delivering durable, precise, and aesthetically pleasing window products that meet our company's standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly of window units
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble window components with precision
- Operate machinery safely to fabricate frames, sashes, glass panels, and other window parts
- Assemble window units by fitting hardware, sealing joints, and verifying alignment for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or fabrication space to promote safety and efficiency
- Conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes and tools
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, etc., for assembly tasks
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, or similar equipment
- Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good physical dexterity with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
