Duties
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to support management decision-making
- Maintain organised financial records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions by verifying transactions and following up on outstanding items
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Assist in budget tracking and monitoring expenses against approved budgets
- Contribute to month-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with Xero accounting software is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving procedures
Pay: £28,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
