About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you’ll supervise cleaning operations to ensure exceptional standards are met and exceeded. You’ll also be a key point of contact for both your team and clients, delivering professional, proactive, and high-quality service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise specialist cleaning jobs and monitor quality standards
- Liaise daily with the Service Support Manager on jobs and staffing matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety (including COSHH)
- Maintain accurate records for quality checks and cost control
- Support team training and identify development needs
- Assist with mobilising new contracts (cleaning equipment, supplies, staff)
- Conduct regular audits and address any concerns raised
- Identify new business opportunities and report to the Service Support Manager
- Respond quickly to emergencies to minimise service disruption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Weekend work may be required as part of a rota
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Experienced in leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Organised and excellent at time management and scheduling
- Knowledgeable in cleaning methods, techniques, and equipment
- A strong communicator (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused
- Able to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Aware of current industry innovations and best practices

Pay: £15.50-£16.50 per hour
