This is a hybrid position combining:
- Personal Assistant
- Salon Assistant / Stylist (Afro Hair Essential)
- Client Experience
- Social Media & Content Support
You will work closely with the Director to help maintain a premium, luxury standard across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Afro Hair & Styling (Essential)
- Assist with and carry out Afro hair services including:
* Natural hair care
* Basic braiding / plaiting
* Wig preparation and assistance (closures, frontals)
* Weaves and extensions (assisting or basic installs)
* Loc maintenance (assisting)
- Prepare hair, tools, products, and workstations
- Support during busy client appointments
- Ensure all styling areas remain clean, organised, and professional
Client Experience
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally
- Offer refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Maintain a clean, stylish, high-end salon environment
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage bookings, appointments, and daily schedule
- Support with salon admin and organisation
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Help coordinate stock, deliveries, and day-to-day operations
Social Media & Content
- Film content including transformations, Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Take high-quality photos and videos for marketing
- Assist with posting content and maintaining a luxury brand presence online
Retail & Brand Support
- Assist with selling wigs, SNBK products, and accessories
- Maintain clean, attractive retail displays
- Support promotional launches and product showcases
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Afro / textured hair (essential)
- Minimum 1 year salon experience preferred
- Confident, polished, and professional presentation
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable filming and creating content
- Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience with wigs, weaves, or locs
- Social media / content creation experience
- Retail or sales experience
- PA / diary management experience
Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
