Highland Basecamp Bistro in Fort William bistro set in the old 1889 Whisky Distillery warehouse where rustic meets refined, with food to match. We're looking for a chef who can hold a section, take pride in every plate, and keep their head when the place fills up.
What the role involves:
- Cooking our menu to a consistent standard, service after service
- Prep, stock, and keeping your section clean and organised
- Working closely with the kitchen team and front of house
- Input on dishes and specials as we grow
What we're looking for:
- Solid kitchen experience at [chef de partie / line cook / head chef] level
- A real feel for good food and where it comes from
- Reliability and a steady hand under pressure
- Right to work in the UK; food hygiene certification, or the willingness to get it
