Are you an experienced Repair Technician who enjoys hands-on work, following a clear process and getting products back to the standard customers expect?
This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology business within a busy repairs environment, supporting products that are relied on by customers across a range of important industries.
You will be part of a collaborative repairs team, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, completing testing and making sure each product is processed accurately and efficiently. It would suit someone who enjoys practical, detailed work and takes pride in doing things properly.
This is a structured role where attention to detail really matters. You will be working with defined procedures, test equipment, jigs and fixtures, while also supporting hardware modifications and keeping accurate repair records.

- Carrying out defined hardware modifications in line with work instructions
- Testing and validating repairs before products are returned
- Recording all repair work accurately within the system
- Supporting control and availability of spare parts within your area
- Working to product turnaround and service level requirements
- Following health, safety, quality and regulatory processes
- Escalating issues or risks promptly when needed
What we need from you:
You will need previous experience within a repair, service, production or technical environment, where you have worked to defined procedures and kept on top of a busy workload.
You should be comfortable with hands-on product repair, mechanical assembly and disassembly, and basic PCB level soldering.
You will also need:

- Good attention to detail
- The ability to follow work instructions accurately
- A practical, methodical approach to repair work
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team

- IPC inspection standards
- ERP systems such as Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
