Role Overview
OceanMan Swim Events Ltd. is seeking a Sports Events Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of national and international swimming events while ensuring exceptional participant experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead event planning and operational delivery.
- Coordinate venue logistics and supplier relationships.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Oversee participant registration and race operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sporting regulations.
- Evaluate post-event performance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience managing large-scale sporting events.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
Pay: £84,000.00 per year
