Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist during busy trading hours to keep checkout wait times low and service standards high.
- Participate in morning shift briefings and product knowledge training sessions.
- Provide feedback to floor managers regarding popular items, stock levels, and store traffic.
