About You
-
Experience of working with young people, ideally within youth work, alternative provision, mentoring or pastoral support
- A calm, patient and supportive approach
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence working with learners who may be disengaged or anxious
Strong maths skills would be an advantage, particularly to support Functional Skills lessons, but are not essential.

Be part of a values‑led provision focused on re‑engagement and empowerment
- Small classes and a supportive team culture
- A rewarding role making a real difference to young people’s lives
