A1 Loo Hire are seeking a full time Accounts Payable Assistant to join their small, friendly team in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are looking for a candidate that is organised and motivated in the office environment and previous Sage 50 Accounts experience is needed for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and office expenses
- Processing the weekly supplier payment runs
- Ensuring all invoices and expenses are authorised
- Ensuring all employee expenses and supplier invoices are allocated to the correct business area
- Dealing with supplier queries in relation to their invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
Experience required:
- Similar previous experience of accounting or working in an accounts team
- Excel and Microsoft office experience
- Knowledge and experience with Sage 50 Accounts
- Strong communication skills
