About This Role
We are seeking confident, compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a young boy in Accrington.
Living at home with his family, he requires attentive and reliable support throughout the day and night. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, repositioning, monitoring and responding to his clinical needs, and encouraging him to participate in the hobbies and activities he enjoys.
His family is looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy, and confident, with the ability to provide a calm and reassuring presence while delivering high-quality care.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
