Do you have the compassion to make a difference while the world sleeps?
This isn't just another night shift.
This is the role where you provide reassurance when someone feels anxious at 2am, offer a listening ear when they can't sleep, and ensure vulnerable adults remain safe, supported and cared for throughout the night.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Night Support Workers to join our team supporting vulnerable adults to live full, meaningful and independent lives. While others are asleep, you'll be providing the stability, safety and consistency that makes all the difference.
Whether you're experienced in health and social care or completely new to the sector, if you bring kindness, commitment and the right attitude—we can teach the rest.

- Carrying out regular welfare checks in line with individual support plans.
- Providing reassurance and emotional support to individuals who wake during the night or require assistance.
- Supporting with personal care where required, always promoting dignity and respect.
- Responding calmly and effectively to emergencies, incidents or safeguarding concerns.
- Completing accurate daily records, incident reports and handovers for the day team.
- Undertaking light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Monitoring the security of the building and following all health and safety procedures.
- Working independently while knowing when to seek support from on-call management.
- Being a calm, reliable and reassuring presence during the hours when people may feel most vulnerable.
What we're looking for:
- A genuinely caring and compassionate nature.
- Someone dependable who can be trusted to work independently overnight.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergencies.
- Emotional resilience, patience and sound judgement.
- A team player who contributes to effective handovers and communication.
- Flexibility to work waking night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return:
- Full training and ongoing support.
- A role with real purpose and meaning.
- Supportive management who value and invest in their staff.
- Flexible working patterns.
- Pension scheme and holiday pay.
- The opportunity to make a genuine difference every single night.
