Location: Basingstoke Support Office (Hybrid)
Help families find the perfect start for their child
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships and making a real difference to people's lives?
At Grandir UK, we're looking for a Parent Engagement Executive to join our friendly and supportive team based in Basingstoke. You'll be the first point of contact for many families considering one of our nurseries, helping them navigate their childcare journey and ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from their very first enquiry.
Every conversation you have will help parents make one of the most important decisions for their family, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with parents via telephone, email, live chat and text to answer enquiries and support them throughout the enrolment journey.
- Building strong relationships with families by understanding their childcare needs and recommending the most suitable nursery.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Grandir UK's values.
- Following up with prospective families and maintaining regular communication throughout their decision making process.
- Working closely with nursery teams across the UK to maximise enrolments and occupancy.
- Accurately updating customer information using our CRM system.
- Achieving individual and team performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and contribute ideas to the wider team.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A positive, friendly and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
- Previous childcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
Why join Grandir UK?
At Grandir UK, you'll become part of a supportive and welcoming team where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged. Every day you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping families find the right nursery for their child.
If you're enthusiastic, customer focused and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your career with Grandir UK.
