Magnus Search is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy tray wash and logistics site near Doncaster (DN11). This is a physical, fast-paced role with a predictable 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern — ideal for someone looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with genuine prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Infeed: Removing waste from trays before loading them into the processing machine
- Outfeed: Stacking cleaned trays and placing them securely onto pallets
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or production experience — preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive lifting and moving of trays
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Own transport essential — due to shift times and site location
