The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high operational standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members.
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet our standards.
* Maintain excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
* Monitor labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses to maximise profitability.
* Manage stock control, ordering, deliveries, and inventory levels.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organisation, and equipment standards.
Requirements
* Previous management experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or fast-casual dining sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment.
* Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
* Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desirable
* Experience working in burger restaurants, quick-service restaurants, or fast-casual dining concepts.
* Food Hygiene Certification.
* Experience managing high-volume food service operations.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
