Join our Repairs Team:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Groundworker to become part of our in-house Maintenance Team covering Trafford and surrounding areas. A shared company vehicle for business use, PDA, fuel card, Uniform and PPE will all be provided.
Applicants must be fully proficient and have demonstrable experience in flagging, fencing, drainage work and concrete works. These are the core requirements of the role and are not negotiable. High pressure water jetting is also a major part of this role, experience preferred with this, but not essential as training can be provided to the successful applicant. You will be required to competently undertake all other associated groundwork duties too. Candidates who cannot evidence strong practical experience in the above core requirements will not be considered. A strong work ethic, commitment to health and safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential to this role.
You will be teamed up the majority of the time working as part of a 2-person team in the Northwest.
The focus will be on high-quality work, outstanding customer service and the right first-time attitude. You will be required to work as part of a larger team, assisting other trades such as plumbers and bricklayers when required.
The role requires a knowledge of building and housing preferably with the Social Housing Environment. Customer Service skills and ability to deal with vulnerable people.
