Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent, hardworking and ideally practical person. You do not need any prior experience; we will provide all the required training. If you have the basic personal elements, then we will train you to become a First-Rate Field Engineer. And, you will be supported by a strong technical team in the office
Duties
- Talk to customers in an engaging and friendly manner
- Be able to process information in order to diagnose problems
- Help customers with problems they have with their garage equipment
- Carry out regular inspections and preventative maintenance .
- Train customers on proper equipment usage. Which you will recieve training for
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site.

- Ability to engage with customers and extract relevant information
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
